[Monitoring] AWS has identified and issued a fix for the issue that was causing increased error rates. The Rhythm continues to monitor the situation to fully verify that Rhythm console and portal users are able to navigate the system without error.

[Investigating] We have identified intermittent issues affecting some areas of both the Rhythm console and portal as a result of a large-scale AWS outage. While AWS investigates the cause of the issue, we are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
